Return & Exchange Policy
Once we have delivered your item(s) and collected the payment, we consider it a final sale.
For clothing and shoes, we do accept exchanges for different sizes, as long as they are in stock.
We will only accept a return or exchange an item if the product is proved to be defective, as long as it is unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
Please see the below process which is to be followed for returns or exchanges for damaged items:
1) You must claim the damaged item(s) within 2 days of receiving it by sending an e-mail to email@example.com attaching clear photos of the damaged or defective item
2) We will compare them with photos we have taken of the product prior to shipping in order to confirm the damage
3) Once confirmed, you will receive a reply from us via e-mail asking you to ship the item back to us
4) We will coordinate with the shipping company in order to collect your products at a certain date and time
5) You must bear a small shipping fee for returning the item; We will inform you of the amount in our e-mail
6) When we receive the damaged item, we will send you a replacement free of cost, or you may choose any other item of equal value to the damaged item
